The Canadian Queen of Metal Finally Ascends

I know what you’re thinking.

“Wait… Celine Dion? On Tear-It-Up Tuesday?”
Yes. And let me tell you something: I wasn’t ready.

This album caught me completely off guard. Celine Dion, long known for her haunting ballads and Titanic-sized pipes, has finally embraced her shadow side—and what we got is one of the most crushingly emotional metal albums of the year.

For those who need proof this exists, here’s the exclusive preview clip.

💥 Opening Track: “Ashes to Ashes (My Heart Screams On)”

It starts soft. You hear gentle strings. You think you’re safe. Then—blast beats.

The sheer violence in her voice as she screams, “You’re here, there’s nothing I fear…” over 200bpm double kicks is… stunning. Like watching angels tear down heaven with warhammers.

🎸 Guitars That Shred the Soul

Let’s talk riffs.

The solo in “Falling Into the Abyss of Love” was so emotionally complex I had to sit down mid-mosh. The tone? Somewhere between Gojira and the weeping of a banshee stuck in a collapsing cathedral.

I think there’s a theremin in “Beauty from the Bloodshed,” but it might’ve just been my soul leaving my body.

🧠 Lyrics That Haunt

“My love can move mountains… and bury you beneath them.”

Tell me that isn’t metal. I dare you.

🎤 Guest Appearances?!

  • James Hetfield (Metallica) does a dual-vocal scream on “Echoes of Ice Wine.”
  • King Diamond whispers gently in the background of “All Coming Back to Me Now (Again).” Very haunting!
  • There’s even an interlude called “Power Ballad of the Damned” featuring Tobias Forge as a lost haunted soul.

⚠️ Okay… but seriously:

If you’ve made it this far and haven’t started questioning reality…

April Fools, friends. 🤘

Celine Dion has not, to my knowledge, released a metal album (but she totally should).
